How to make ultimate universal unbriker with existing Pandora and MMS

I'm new to the PSP CFW and currently created a Pandora battery and Magic memory stick from a PSP with OFW 1.50. At this time my PSP is running 3.52M33-4. I need some guidence to load 3.71M33-2 to another PSP with OFW greater than 1.50 and load 3.71M33-2 directly without going to OFW 1.50. Since I have the Pandora and the MS made, I am unclear about the M33 guide where it says to skip the fist step if you have a pandora MS. Can someone give me a detailed explanation on how to make my Magic memory stick to V3. Thanks in advance for your help.

All you need to get is Pandora V3... the battery remains the same, but the magic stickk changes... it upgrades directly to 3.71m33-2
