For now I have halo 3 and cod 4 (originals) which I play online. I want to know if I will get a ban if I will play downloaded games offline (like mass effect)

you are only to make game backups that you own, so if you download a game its hard to say what you get, it may be something microsoft puts on the web to catch you!!
but if your only going to play them offline your chances are much less but you never know for sure.

ok im sick of all these pople just makign an account for one pst and saying am i goin to get banned

not sayins u oppenhiem. but u should know better to search

yesu can get banned by just playing on xbox live.

the xbox keeps a log no mater what.

if you play offline since the first mod came out with only non stealth games. then just randomly lgoin u will get banned.

when the banngins start again.

and i know u didn't search because i ahve poted this many time before in mumerous threads.

so YES u will eventually get banned. everyone will.
