HI
I'm in Australia and i'm looking at Ebay to buy a LG GDR-8164B drive from germany. Does anyone know if this drive will work on my PC?

Unless your pc is pretty old you shouldn't have a problem. You should meet any ram and processor requirements.
Just need a bay to put it in and an ide cable to connect it.
