Benq drive flashing?

Ok people, help out..it turns out that I have a Benq drive in my x360, and from what I've read....it is impossible to flash them (software-like). So...u have any info on how to do it..tutorial, anything?? Thanks

does it require you to disassemble the 360, in order to flash?
what about this sticker..in order to make it look like its never been tampered with..the sticker? (blow dryer?), all 360s have that sticker right?
