I am a Limited account and really need some help for application and/ or bat files or registry hacks to change so when i log in i am a administrator. i no about the f8 and safe mode trick so please dont say that. thanks Krip

Yeah no worries ill ask my schools admin to change me ? i think he will say no! lol any other ideas ? i can acces cmd, run, and sysem 32 so any ideas thanks :D

If your trying to break in to your school computer system you might as well give that up, Einstein. Besides it being illegal. You have to be at the main computer terminal to make any changes to the system. Trying to change some F grades to an A? LOL Any other ideas.

i cant be that hard u can rem connect to all pc in the school or rem shutdown them a real secure computer terminal GOSH!!

Hey bud, i tried doing the same thing you are doing.
And you cant, if you dont already know they use the group policy editor, and doing some pretty advance registry changes to lock people out. I used to watch my high school lan technician to it, and now i have a job doing the same thing.

In order to get into the options you want, you will have to somehow get into the registry probably using a version of bootable linux called knoppix, which the system admin will jump on that right away.
You will have to get into the registry on the local computer, which is tough, unlike windows's nice regedit command, in knoppix u will ahve to actually find the actual files and attempt to edit them to re-enable to group policy snap in module.
Then just go into your account on the pc in regular mode with all windows domain controllers enabled, and go to start/run/gpedit.msc and if this even works(works on schools that have stupid system admins) just have a hayday, this editor will let you enable all the locked out features of xp, or windwos 2kpro.
And then you can start destroying things.
Or just having fun.
