Update to a CFW: downgrade to 1.50 then download the latest CFW, 3.71 M33 and upgrade. Then add the 3.71 M33-3 PATCH. When you get there create an ISO folder in the root of your PSP and put your ISOs there.

FAQ

What is an ISO?
It's the torrent once it's downloaded and extracted using WinRAR. Some torrents may already be extracted.

Where do I get the instrctions to install and downgrade?
In every download, there's a ReadMe. The instructions are there.

Where can I download the downgrader and the CFW?
PSP-Hacks.com or dl.QJ.net.

What if I have a specific problem?
Make a new thread and ask your question, I'll be glad to answer and help.
