I just returned an xbox 360 to costco, and was hoping to just swap HD with another unit there, but they didnt have any xbox 360 in stock. I had to leave my HD there and get a store credit. I'm going to another costco today to get another 360 and need to know who to put my gamer tag back on to the HD. My kid was not to happy about losing all the saved games and stuff, but oh well :)

all you have to do is recover your gamertag on the new HD. just need your email address, and password for it. its an easy and short process, only takes about 3 minutes.
