Never looked at this game,but if its anything like the old fifa's,they dont contain a dummy file as such
they contain hidden false lba that you cant see
To get the game to work,just extract the games files as you would normally (i.e with isobuster),and you will see the image automaticallly reduced in size without doing anything else
