Which Firmware should I use for BenQ drive

I found out that I have a BenQ drive. I will not be using xbox live much at all. Should I flash with xtreme or ixtreme?

Also, I just got BenQ iXtremev1.1MultiSpeed. What is the difference between 2x,5x,8x,12x, and non-stealth?
