i just worry a bit because im buying myself the consle for the first time and i checked everything and this is the last thing i want to do before buying it im buying an HDMI premium the say it has extra heatsink that doesnt overheat

They only ban the console itself from getting on Xbox Live. Offline will still work the same. And your Xbox Live account would still stay active in case you bought another console and then could get online with that one.
