HELP, with makeing a Wii-Multi Gamecube DVD....

ok so I'm following this guide:

Now I'm at part 3
(compile a bootbale iso using SELFBOOT_GCOS_MultiGame_Version_v3)

But I cant open the damn .exe to run the program???
I click it, I see a flash pop up of a DOS promp, and thats it?

I have installed .net framework 2.0


Can someone PLEASE help me here.... I'm so close to being done :(

I made a couple discs a few months back using WiiUi, its very simple, in the directory where the .exe file is theres a folder, you drop all your roms in there, run the app, it binds them together in one .iso and then you burn it. easy as hell, not sure where you can find the app but I have it and could email it to you or something. let me know w2hat you think
