is there a way to trick your psp so it thinks its 75% charged so you dont have to wait for your psp to charge brfore downgrading?

wow

you should charge it its for your own good. If you dont charge it before you upgrade/downgrade you will brick.

Oh but there is one way: you plus in the ac adapter to an outlet and plug in the other site in your PSP and wait 1-2 hours. cool, eh?

Well the best and latest is 3.71 M33-3.

You first need to get 3.71 M33.

Then you download the 3.71 M33-3 patch and that's it.

i have 3.71 m33-2 but it wont play .cso or .iso do you no y ? and it is on m33 no umd

Make sure the game is in ISO format.

Make sure it's in the ISO folder in the root fo your PSP:
X:/ISO/(ISOs go here)

X= your Memory Stick Duo drive letter.
