I need help with my xbox,

I have a Xbox v1.5, Maxtor 120gb hd, and a X-Ecuter 2.3 PRO Modchip. Also I have Slayer
EvoX Auto Installer 2.5 Disc. I have my modchip installed, I am going to install my hd. Lets say I replaced the stock hd with my 120 maxtor hd. What do I need to do next to get EvoX onto my system and fully working so i can copy games, music, dvd's, photos, and play burned games, etc.?

I have heard a bunch of different things from other people. I just want to be sure before i do this, so i dont screw up my XBOX. I need step-by-step instructions.

I appriciate all the help I can get.

hey there

no probs, lets go... :P

1) make a full backup of your retail hdd on to your pc

2) make sure your NEW hdd is in Single/Master mode by removing the various jumper/s

3) swap the hdd's over

4) turn on xbox and put your slayers 2.5 disk in the drive, close drive and power off

5) power back up and slayers will load up

6) once slayers is up and running, select "Rebuild Large HDD" (something like that), once that is done thats it! BUT if you want slayers to install all your apps for you, click on the button "Install Apps" (something like that again :P)

7) once all that is finished and done, remove the disk of slayers, and power off then back on again and thats it! your away!

8) P.S. double check in your evox.ini file that F: is enabled to be used... :D

no probs! :D it is very easy to do beleive me! when you have finished it and is working u will say how easy it was to urself! :D
just go step by step and dont rush so u dont make a mistake and get all angry and smash it up :P
