Problem with readable media for the wii

Well, i've been in a quest for answer for the last week, tryed a couple of forum and couldn't find a way to fix this.
Btw, got a wiikey on 1.9g, firwmware on 3.1U, the wii is U and run all my game on NTSC-U also.
My problem is that since i've patched the wii with the Original Super mario galaxy, The wii have problem reading 10/22 Back-up i had, whom were working perfectly before.
So far, Tryed turning down the read speed on the wii to 3x,
changed my burning media, went to Verbatim and tryed multiple different writing speed and nothing changed.
What seems to be a bit disturbing is the fact that i can still run some of the back-up.
That's why i'm starting this thread to see if other people have this problem and then, if you've found a way to bypass this problem.
