the question is with Tool B is it suppose to scrape the side of the disc? cause it seems like it doesnt fit or something and isnt fitting tightly like all the other pieces. is it cause it is defective or im insterting it wrong? ive taken long looks at pics of tuts for it but they are blurry and cant really tell.

the disc break lever does not need a special tool.
if disc scrapes your tool just use tissue and tape or something more attractive if that suits u
