The files can be moved by using your USB Cable?

I'm sure you need either CFW or Version 1.50 to play CSO or ISO's though.

PsP#1 : 2.01>3.71M33-4>3.80 M33-5
PsP#2 (Slim) : 3.80>3.90M33-2 All hail the UPMS Stck
If you need a UPMS Stick go here and then go here :-) *As recommended by January39

Select USB Connection on Settings in PSP Menu, and away PSP will be on D: or E: depends what you have plugged - matters not what drive letter.

@pandeypa

To fix this you must:

1)You must re-flash your laptop to fix this problem. This means it will wipeout all your files, settings - everything. So backup all your important files. Once you've re-flashed your laptop, connect your PSP and try again.

2)Before you re-flash, close your PSP then place the USB cable in your PSP then open your PSP and select USB Connection again and try it. If that doesn't work then re-flashing your laptop is what you need if you need to place files onto your PSP?

The first option should work, but try the second option first.
