im not reli sure but i think it has because they are no were to be seen now, just glad i talked my parents into getting me 1 last month for christmas, cnt play on it till then, but hey at least i got a 60gb n not a 40 lol,
The 60GB is actually discontinued everywhere!!! Sony says that they might bring that one and the 20GB back, but right now they are not sure! So right now it's just the 80GB and the 40GB! I used to have the 40GB but exchanged it for an 80GB and got a free controller and a $100 MIR!
well here in the uk its just the 40 gb, but im not too bothered cuz iv got the 60 now n its gd enough for me lol, i never liked the 20gb 1 i dont think it was ever in the uk, but i didnt like how the shiny crome front was black, jus looked like a fatter ps2 lol.
the reason we dont have 20gb and 80gb is because sony are stingy b******s and always leave us britans at least 2months behind schedule. Anyway i am also glad that i got my 60gb before, however im not sure y they have done this... is somthing wrong with my beloved 60gb? :S

E.G. 20gb - no pro duo memory card or any of the others
40gb - only 2 usb's and cnt play ps2 or ps1 games
60gb - basicly has everything
80gb - im not sure about this 1 but i think its jus the same as the 6gb

The 40GB can't play PS2 but can play PS1 games! Which is weird! The 60GB can play around 98% of PS2 games, because it has the PS2 hardware. Whereas the 80GB can play around 68% of PS2 games, because it's just a software update (kind of like the Xbox 360 playing Xbox 1 Games)!
