I use winhiip to transfer all my games to my hd but I was wondering if I could transfer "normal" (i.e. mp3s, avis, roms, ect) to my hd partitions. For me it seemed to take forever (not to sure though, was playing ds whilst waiting =]) transferring 1gb of music via usb and im sure it might even take longer with ftp. Im limited to what I can do with my usb (its actually micro sd with usb converter) cuz I use my micro sd card for my ds lite. I was looking around but couldnt seem to find anything. Any1 know of a program that can do that?

Edit - Also I was wondering if there was a better mp3 player then SMS. Going through play list takes WAY to long. Theres also no random play feature (except randomize the play list). Im looking for a simple mp3 player where i can just let random songs from a playlist while i go do other things or just sit back and relax. thanx

Im trying to understand this.
You have a PS2 formatted HDD which you play games from in the PS2.= OK.
You use winhiip to transfer them to the PS2 HDD. = Ok.
You want to transfer and play (open) another file type on the same HDD. = Not ok.
WINHHIIP is used to recognise the format of the PS2 HDD because it is not formatted in a format that windows can recognise.
Are you trying to play the "other files" via the PS2 or the PC? Either way, you can't because the PS2 interface software such as HD advance wont recognise the other files and neither would winhiip or windows. I do not know of anything other than a windows formatted HDD that would do what you want on a pC.
