hello everybody
I need your help urgently
I tried to install internet download manager 5.1.1 on my PC (windows xp HE) and on my friend's PC als with(windows xp Pro), and I got on the same error message:
Could not Create temp dir in unpacker
the file name ,directoryname.or volume label syntax is incorrect
Error ID:123

what can I do to solve this problem ?
plz help me to make it work

You didn't find anything in their web-sites FAQ? Is your system WinXP SP2? Fully updated?

In fact I didn't find anything there.
but I sent them an e-mail to the support department and waiting for thier reply.
yea I have windows SP2 fully updated... are there any problem with one of the updating package?

If u just concentrate a little bit on who's wrote the thread within the link that you gave it to me, you will see it's mine.
I made thread there but there's no replies till yesterday.
but I still have the same problem.
