DVDFAB 3.0.7.2 error backing up Hairspray

When I try to back up Hairspray, DVDFab version 3.0.7.2 gets an unknown error and closes. It won't even load the disc into DVDFab Decrypter before failing. I have yet to have this problem with other movies. All I can add is that interactual player tries to install (as usual on other DVD's) and I close it out (as usual).

Anyone else have this problem?

the version of dvdfab u are using its old version try the latest dvdfab versinon which is a beta version 4.0.1.6, go to www.dvdfab.com, that version should work, it worked for me

It's common practice to keep the decryption software updated due to new copy protection being added often.
