hey. well my uncle call me and ask me to get him a psp and to put a cfw on it. its going to be a new psp and i never use pandora gui program before or anything with pandora. all i want to know is that should i use different battery and memory stick instead of the one i use for my psp? if so what kind of battery do i need so i can go get one and memory stick? please help me.

Use yours, the problem is that the new batteries come patched so it will not work converting it to pandora, its best to use yours and then turn it back to normal, no problem with that, good luck!

what if i buy a new one and use the new one as my battery and the old ones as pandora?

Sounds good, I did that, bought an old battery from a pal for $5 and I made that one pandora, then kept the new one out of anothers friend PSP while modifying it... XD I am EVIL!

Yes.. only XP users can use the Pandora's GUI...

EDIT: But you can try the Ultimate Pandora Memory Stick...(UMPS)
It is a .cso file run on your PSP so vista users can now rejoice..
