Well I think becoz some water caused it to short & I had it repaired.
Everything worked fined. Except for the start button is there away to work around it?
Or is it becoz I upgraded to 3.71 m33 & its was for the slim?
Anyone out there who can help me?

This is an internal error. You could open up the PSP (just take off the faceplate) and look at the button bar.
Here is a guide. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/370436

I do not think so. This is a blown circuit, only fixable by internal modifications.
