DVD Xcopy Express wont work with Windows XP Media Center????

I have XP Media Center and tech support says DVD X Copy Xpress wont work with this version ov XP (Media Center) Does any one have any suggestions on how to get it to work? If not please recommend another program for me to get and use thats just as good and easy to use...
