i have 3.51 official sony firmware. I have a another psp that his OE psp. what else do i need and how do i use it to downgrade. Thanks. Please give me steps by steps.

Yup just use that thread on your friends OE PSP.

Then insert the battery and Memory Stick in your PSP and have the Pandora do what it does best!
