Hi,
I just downloaded Plato Photo Slideshow v2.16 to my laptop which is run by Vista Home Basics and when I install the package and try to run, I get two messages:

1. Initialization error
2. Runtime Error.

You can reconfigure and program through the Help & suport centre in windows by using the compatibility wizard, so I can't figure the problem. Can you help.
