Any way to adjust ISO Region?

I'm running this ISO through XDVDMulleter 10 and it reports that it is Xbox 360 ISO, all checks in Xtreme Compatibility are on, but ISO Region does not have Region Free check and my region is not checked either. I have my 360 modded with iXtreme 1.2. Will this work if I burn it? And if not, is there any way to fix the ISO region to match mine?

you cannt change the region on the xbox....for now....its locked down....if its pal and not region free....your screwed.

Can someone explain what is the difference between PAL and NTSC for xbox? I know it's a TV signal standard, but for my 360 I'm using my flat screen computer monitor anyway -- it is digital -- the resolution is much better. So how can this TV standard affect that?
