I don't know what my problem is, but I can't seem up;oad anything to my psp.I was trying to put a SNES emulator on my cfw 3.52 fat psp, with no luck. I thought maybe I needed to upgrade it to 3.52mm4 to solve the problem but it seems that I cant do the upgrade cause my psp won't accept the upgrade files. whatever is preventing my psp from receiving the upgrade files is also stopping me from putting on any emulators as well,if anyone else has experienced this problem any info on how to correct would be appreciated. thanks!! Gonna try to upload some music and video files to see if I really can't upload anything at all

When you plug the USB from your PSP to the computer, does the computer recognize it?
If yes:
Maybe the memory stick is full?
If no:
Are you even on USB Mode under Settings?
Do you have a memory stick in your PSP?

DUDE, make sure you have a legit ProDuo Memory Stick. Go to Game menu memory Stick and press Triangle. A side bar will pop out go to information and press X. If the MagicGate entry says supported then you have a legit Memory Stick. If it says unkown or unsupported it is a fake memory stick.

I have noticed that since 3.52m33 the Fake memory sticks stopped fully working, I used to have a Double Memory Extender that could use 2 SD cards and make them 1 MSPD fake card... it worked awesomely on 3.40 oe-A but as soon as I upgraded to 3.52 and 3.71 it stopped working... :P
PSP (+[__]%): 2.80 < 1.50 > 3.40OE-A > 3.71M33-4 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-3 > 4.01m33-2 + 8gb MSPD

Well I think Sony made their firmwares to not read fake MSs. They want you to buy legit ones and they're right because you can't use PAndora's Battery on a fake MS and sometimes ISOs wont work. Sometimes.

I meant they're right when they say you should buy legit memory sticks and you can make Pandora's Battery only on legit MS.
Plus why are you in this thread I was helping knfusd and you weren't.

In fact, Sony doesnt like fakes... you cant create Pandoras battery on any battery other than Sony official, and they started patching them so that noone can ever create a pandora again, so we need to look for a fake battery to create the NEW future of pandoras... so dont be so dumb... Sony did never expect us to use their HW to do this things, thats why they have been patching the SW part to not be able to use it anymore.

Ok all - let's knock off the nitpicking and stay on topic.

But what happens once your PSP gets recognized, when you copy-paste something in your MS what happens? For example, copy a photo to:
X:/PSP/PHOTO/(put the photo here)
X = your Memory Stick Duo's drive letter
And tell us what happens. Like does it say that it cannot copy the file...?

Do you have anything important in your MS? If not, then format it and try again.
