just wondering because apparantly my 40GB PS3 doesnt have one also what is an emotion engine? because it doesnt have one of those either, are either necessary??

the memory media readers are slots for things such as your psp memory card for example, or your phone memory card. And the emotion engine is so you can play ps2 games, also know as backwards compatability. I think......... lol

ahhhh i see! well i only want it for PS3 games anyway so i suppose a 40GB is quite sufficient enough for me! thanks lol
