rparks3,
What version of AnyDVD are you using? Make sure you have the most updated version. Also, try running the files through FixVTS prior to burning. See if that helps...

If your original post still has a "pad and pencil" icon in the upper right corner, click it. If not you can ask a mod to do it for you.

Try using ImgBurn to burn.

I backed up the movie only using Shrink & AnyDVD. No problems what so ever. (Burnt with good ol fashion decrypter)

Not really. You did use a burning program of some sort since DVD Shrink doesn't burn....

AnyDVD and ImgBurn for a DL burn-100%exact copy- no problem -played with no flaws-didn't even notice the layer break.

AnyDVD and Clone DVD2 for a SL dvd-also no problem. AnyDVD and NeroRecode froze up.

For all the Latin fans out there, the plural of forum is fora.

The ending um becomes a in the plural

The ending us becomes i in the plural

The process listed in my signature got this title done.

For the record, after blanking all the trash on the disc, the full disc compression rate was around 70 something. Since I'm not bashful about using dual layer discs, and because I am looking forward to this movie (I'm one of the very few that didn't contribute to the 960 million dollars this pulled in worldwide), I still used a dual layer disc.

Latest AnyDVD to rip > VOBB to blank the unwanted on a DVD > Shrink to compress > ImgBurn to burn = Never starting a thread asking how to backup a movie
