Strange the files process through anlaysis and the program freezes when you click Backup. That is simply opening the window for the backup settings menu. Sounds like a corrupted Shrink setup instead of anything to do with the particular DVD. If it stopped during the analysis, transcoding, or burn (while Shrink is processing files), then I'd say possible copy protection errors.
