Is it safe to buy a mod chip off this site:

I live in America and would like to know if I will have any legal problems about buying a chip online.

I've bought chips from Foundmy , mind you i live in Canada and they are supposed to have a location in Canada but they always seem to take forever to ship your order. There are other sites in the states like Divineo and Gocybershop that i find to be very quick with their delivery. Good luck.

I ordered a chip from them about a month ago. It arrived to me after about 5 days. If you search their cred online you'll see that they are a recommended online retailer.
