I HAVE NO TROUBLR RIPPING DISCS TO MY HARD DRIVE BUT WHAT EVER I USE TO BURN THEM(INCLUDING NERO)NOTHING SEEMS TO READ THEM

You need to give as much information as possible regarding what software you are using, what hardware, what media, settings etc.

Try using DVD Decrypter to rip or use DVD Shrink to ripp and then compress.
