Using PSP slim Pandora on PSP fat

Hi guys,
I got a PSP fat with 3.72 OFW (TA-082).
I got a mate with a PSP slim that is running on cfw.

I was wondering if i can put my battery in hes slim psp and create a pandora. Then use that to downgrade my fat psp. I just want to use my battery just incase i stuff hes one up.

ps: i also forgot to mention that i have tried to open up my batt to hardmod it into a pandora but unfortunately inside looks nothing like the ones in the guides. so im guessing its one of the newer ones
