Backups stop working after 2 weeks Aone discs

Never had this before but first simpsons 25% into the game just stops! I get the clean disc error? Then A creed started displaying the error, but then booting again would solve the issue, but now the game will not even boot?

Is it my media? Never had an issue with these discs before.

Other backups are fine, but these two were created the same time. I used DVD decrypter to get the image then img burn to create the disc.

Any advice peps?
