LG GSA 4040b DVD not recognized by Xbox

Hi all,

I have a LG GSA 4040b dvd writer. I am using DVD decrypter(v 3.1.7.0) & Instant Copy (v 7.0) to burn my backup DVDs. However, I could not play these in my XBox. The strange thing is Xbox plays the same data that I burn using Fuji DVD+RW. But Xbox fails to recognize the same data that I burn using Fuji DVD+R disc. Can somebody help me figure out a solution.

Try a -R.

I could play the same DVD+R with my sony dvd player & panasonic dvd player. However, I will try with a -R DVD.

There is a reason why MS is backing +R, the XBox is probably it. -R's have the best compatability with standalones.
