Hey i wanted to know for those of you backing up your hd-dvd movies on your pc with the 360 hd-dvd how long does it take to rip them to your hard drive?

It took me about 20-25 minutes on my computer. I have a beefed up comp that's why.It will probably take longer on older comps.

usually 45 min
but u canb't playback the damn movies yet
unless u have power dvd 6.5 or windvd japanese version

as far as i know


if anybody knew the other softwares
let us know

I've used a number of Power DVD ultra versions and they all work fine. If it doesn't play from the ripped hd dvd folder you can create an iso and mount it to a virtual drive like daemon tools.

i do have the daemon tools
nice softy-u need to be smart to duplicate
daemon tools proved it :)

I use ImgBurn
Mode=Build
File System=UDF
