How do I transfer a large video file to my PS3?

Hi, I have a 9GB video on my PC and I want to transfer it to my PS3 but I don't really know how. Is there a way to connect the PS3 to my PC and then transfer it?

I have a PSP and a 4GB memory stick if that helps.

U could do a Media Server with TVERSITY and Copy from there, but it might take a long time

You could also look into red kawa file server.

9gigs that would talk a very long time with Red Kawa..Not worth trying.

Wouldnt matter if it did or not, PS3,s HDD wouldnt accept it, as the HDD is formatted as FAT32 and wont carry single files of just over 4gigs.

i bought a 320 ext hdd from pc world in the uk . format it to what the ps3 likes all is good
