PowerDirector - How to pause a video?

I just started trying PowerDirector.

I'm trying to figure out how to say "pause" the video I'm working on. The video is a bunch of people introducing themselves and I want to make a pause after they're done talking to add some subtitles (name/rank kind of thing). I guess it would be the same thing as if I had a still image to insert for say 15 seconds between two video pieces.
