is 3.03 firmware the same as 3.03 oe-a and other 3.03 firmwares or are they totaly different?

3.03 is official firmware and 3.03 oe-a is custom firmware 3.03 u can't play homebrew and 3.03oe-a u can

Oh Okay. Can you tell me where a good guide to upgrade to 3.03 eo-a. and also if i want to play a torrent on 3.03 eo-a is it as easy as putting it in x:\ISO and when i turn my psp on it will start the game.

the best custom firmware at the moment is 3.71 m33-2 do u have lummins the game?

You have 3 options...

1) Use a unpatched Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories (The unpatched version of the game contains the 2.0 update, so if higher you need to find another). Go HERE and follow the section under -2.81 - 3.03 Any Motherboard if you have an unpatched version of the above game.

2) LUMINES 1 EUR/USA/Platinum UMD NEEDED. Go HERE and follow the section under -3.10 - 3.50 Any Motherboard if you have Lumines.

3) create a Pandora Battery + Magic memory Stick. You will need a PSP that has custom firmware installed already to create these. Or you can Hardmod your Battery and use an easy installer if you don't know anyone that has a custom firmware PSP.
