I got my PSP modded in china where I bought it so I have no idea how it's modded. It's version 3.30..thats about all i know
All games (from mem card) have worked fine for me until i wanted to play the jap crisis core and it gives me the "Game cannot start (80020148)". I know this mistake is common and i tried everything like changing kernel or disable umd etc...nothing works :(...can anyone help PLEASEEE??

if its version 3.30 then you just got the answer, Crisis Core is designed to run on a higher Firmware... either 3.52m33 or 3.71m33

Check the forums for how to upgrade your PSP in order to play that game... its a Firmware Problem!

wow ok thanks alot!
just one more question, my psp is modded in china, can i still follow the forum rules to upgrade? cause i read somewhere that if the psp is not purchased in NA its a different way of upgrading X_X?
