Strange issue ?? Please help...

I'm trying to back up kane & lynch, but newest (and older) version of XBC states " error ....would you like to fill with zero sectors ?"....when either yes or no is selected, it stays at 51 %. When schtrom is used, it stops at 51 % and states " error - this error should only be present on a xbox game, what would you like to do ?" and stops at 51% regardless of what is selected. Ihave backed up 20 titles with zero problems thanks to the friendly knowledgable people here abd using search functions. I can't find any similar issue with a search for this game, and yes i did try a different store bought copy from a friend. I have kreon flashed , sammy burning with pioneer 112d. never any problems before and i've copied two succesful back-ups since. Oh yeah one last thing.....when the factory game (both)is placed into my 360 i get the "insert a valid 360 game" screen and several other languages of "insert a valid 360 game" ??? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have the latest version of XBC and have never had (or seen) that error you are getting! I've burned Kane & Lynch just fine with it! It's obviously not the NEW version on XBC!
As for the Original being inserted, is this with just Kane & Lynch, or does it happen with other originals? You might need to reflash your system!

are you using the latest version of XBC? it should be v2.7. another thing to check, especially if it is stopping at the same place, is check to see if the game disc has been scratched. i've had problems before with older games that i was just not careful with. if so, clean the disc and try again. goodluck!

Jake, I get this too on a few games and I have the latest XBC and Schtrom, no idea what causes it. I say to fill it in with errors and I have gotten only 1 out of 5 games to play with it. Let me know if you have a solution.

Try cleaning off the discs! I got an error when backing up Gears of War, and I found out it was because the Disc wasn't cleaned off! I cleaned it with a damp cloth, and it backed it up fine after that!

Thanks for the replies fellas...let me retort ......
davegerm4 - yes, this "insert a valid 360 disc" only appears with this store bought games ( both )....no others. And newer games have been played since.
tyler 1993 - i updated from XBC 2.4 to 2.5 , i didn't know there was a 2.7 .........know i know and i will download. thanks.
stanlane......i'll try to let you know, just keeep checking this thread , one of these smart guys will set me straight.

New version XBC doesn't help......no other replies ?? Both copies were flawless and free of scratches , i just wanted to know if I was only one, I guess so..........

I don't love them... I just keep using them! It's like a bad habit! I'll just be typing and won't even know that I'm using so many of them!!!
