Sup ppl
I have Vista Ultimate edition and sometime during the last week it has started to not install any program. I get general errors about the launcher not being able to run depending on any program, some random programs: office, open office, mIRC, even the AIM update so its my OS. any help would be nice

To save someone some time and effort, i dont need "try google" unfortunately searching vista + launcher + install in any manner turns back a thousand ppl that cant get vista installed.
Something im looking for, how to reregister MSI or something along those lines that im sure is the problem as it would be in XP but im attempting not to trial and error it in vista
