Im new here, using 3.03 oe-c FW a while now but cant get the new games to work.
How do I get the latest FW that works the latest games without bricking my psp.
Do I have to downgrade or can I update from this FW and do I have to use an unpatched ver of GTA?

PSP downloaded games are called ISOs (the 's' is added just for plural).
You have to download them from the internet of course but I recommend you use torrents. For example, mininova.org, download a torrent and open it using uTorrent (download uTorrent at www.utorrent.com ).
Then it'll download it once you start it.
Ocne you finish downloading the torrent, extract it.
Copy the ISO file to the ISO folder in the root of your PSP. If it's not there, create it (in CAPS).
Easy enough, Ive been using iso's for a while just havent updated for over a year.
Next step is psp slim 3.60 to 3.60 mm, 3.71mm, have the pandora batt and memory ready.
The whole idea of using the psp on tv should've been available originally.
Sorry I thought you didn't know anything about ISOs, well once you're one any M33 firmware (best is 3.71 M33-3) just do what I said in my previous posts.
