Hi,
I was wondering if there were any programs that would back up
my store bought dvd's with just the trailers and main movie.
Not any of the other stuff?

Yes. DVD Shrink in reauthor mode, CloneDVD2 where you can select what you want to keep and probably many others.

Thanks alot I have Clone Dvd 2 but just don't know how to do it.
Always just used movie only for better quality.
Could you please tell me how to do it?

Select the clone DVD option(second option) and uncheck all of the streams that you do not want to keep. Good luck.

just ckeck and uncheck what you want to keep heres a good clonedvd 2 + anydvd guide
