NOOB needs help converting a theme

i'm not sure how to convert themes and rather than F it up i was wondering if anyone could convert this theme to 3.52 m33 for me. it would be greatly appreciated. thanx

*in case the link doesn't work the theme is called black plates for 3.71 m33

also if too much work just point me in the right direction, i have some experience

1. Upgrade to 3.71 (make sure it is 3.71)

WELL ACTUALLY I'D LIKE TO STAY WITH MY 3.52 CFW BECAUSE WHENEVER I PUT CUSTOM THEMES ON TO 3.71 M33 THE MAIN ICONS OVERLAP AND LOOK ALL MESSED UP. SO I'D RATHER CONVERT THE THEME TO 3.52 M33. I HAVE TO USE PSPFILER TO ACCESS MY FLASH0 BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY USB FLASH0 CONNECTION, IT WON'T RECOGNIZE MY PSP. MAYBE THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE 3.71 CUSTOM THEMES BUT THE 3.52 THEMES SEEM TO WORK FINE USING PSPFILER AND/OR CXMB. SO ANYWAY CONVERTING IS MY BEST BET I THINK.
