I will start here in general, because I dont know where the heck to post,

Ive got a SonyHandycam, its a few years old,

as its just been sat doing nothing, I figured I might be able to attach it to the PC as a webcam, but its more difficult than I thought,

it has the DV(firewire) input, and Ive tracked down a program Called DVdriver, that fools windows into thinking its a usb webcam not antoher type,

but is there another way of doing this connection, as I dont really want to use a prog that is fooling window,

also its not free, even though it would only work out to be about 10GBP Ive not got that spare, sooooo close to Xmas,

can anyone help ?

Lost count of my PSP CFW track, also who gives a baboons captains quarters, only info you need is: Ive done over 10 PSPs no bricks and its all thanks to the info in afterdawn (Yippie!)
