Biochock Backup/Original Lag

My bioshock backup is lagging during gameplay. I put the original in and it also lags. I have the most recent update (from Assassins' Creed) installed. But the game worked fine after that update. Now, though, there is a lag.
My other games are fine.

Any suggestions?

So, this all happened after the recent dashboard update? I know my system was a little slower doing some things, but as far as the games that i played they worked just fine.

The game worked fine right after the upgrade. It started lagging this weekend (about 1 week after the upgrade)
