Help With Universal Unbricker DC-3 + MS Multi IPL Loader

I have been trying to do this and just got to a little point where i am now stuck...... it says Enable the USB connection and drag the msipl.bin that was created on the Memory Stick to the PC directory of C:\PANODRA\msinst folder. Then go to Start> Run> type CMD and press return again.

This time type...

c:\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe (PSP DRIVE LETTER) c:\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin


when i do this it just say's the system cannot find the path specified.

what can i do?

your not typing the directory correctly. Make sure you put in your PSP drive letter where it says (PSP DRIVE LETTER).
