Hi,
This is probably a stupid question but is there anyway to hook up the Xbox HD Drive to a HD Television??

Hi , I meant is there anyway to hook up the add on to a HDTV without
the xbox 360 console?

I'd say, probably not. It is specifically made for the 360. Sorry.

Well, I do recall reading something about being able to use the drive on a Windows PC, but I think you need special drivers. Google it.

Yeah, i have heard of people using it with their PC but not with a TV (without the 360 that is).
Personally i think hooking it to a PC is a complete waste. With such a small screen you do not really get the benefits of high definition.

Well, not really! If you have your computer hooked up to an HDTV (which i do) it is actually very useful to hook it up to your pc! I wonder if you can hook up that HD-DVD drive enclosure with a blu-ray drive in it. Last I heard, M$ is working to provide Blu-ray on 360, but don't know if 360 already has drivers for the drive.
