Trying to use PAL PS2 In a NTSC Area

I'm wondering what i have to do i resently moved to north america from Europe with a pal ps2 now i changed the power supply so it runs on there 120 volts but the picture is black and white and roles now is there anyway way i can solve this problem where im sending and 50hz signal when the tvs require a 60hz

My ps2 is version 9 SCPH-50003 - Pal

any incite would be most appriciated

you need a T.V that can support PAL signals.

fair enough i need to get new tv anyway i dont think supporting pal will be top of my list really main reason i wanted it done was cus i have large collection of region 2 dvds i could play on ps2. but cheaper option would prb. be to buy a multi region dvd player ive seen signal converters there pretty pricey. thanks you for the help
